I'm Paul, a UK developer. I build products that take the call, train the people who answer it, and ask the customer how it went. Six of them are below.

About

I'm self-taught, with a background in server sales and software development. I build the back end, run the servers and ship the whole product myself.

Most of what I make sits where people and phones meet: answering calls, training the people who take them, and collecting honest feedback while the customer is still there.
